Wow! IAV consultants were phenomenal! Our large Chapel needed a livestreaming solution during the pandemic, and we soon realized we wanted a more permanent solution than streaming from a mobile device. We found the right consultants who were professional, knowledgeable, creative and just a pleasure to work with throughout the project. We researched and spoke with other consultants; none could match the vision and expertise of IAV. IAV team members take pride in their work and want the best finished product within the scope of our budget. We have a 3-camera system and a new digital sound system that was a game changer for our resident Sisters. What a difference! The sound is crystal clear throughout the Chapel and we are receiving compliments every day. We amateurs are creating professional quality livestreamed events due to IAV’s ability to simplify presets for both audio and video, patience in training us and responsiveness to our calls for assistance.

IAV did a great job at our office and production complex installing multiple television monitors and connecting them into our IT rack for HDMI display. AV designed and installed a new sound and streaming system for our church. We are very happy with the new installation and really enjoyed working with them throughout the whole process. They listened closely to our requirements and made suggestions for improvements based on their experience with other church systems. They designed a system that met our current needs and provided flexibility for future enhancements while remaining conscious of our budget constraints. They were flexible working with us to schedule the installation and training. The work was done very neatly and professionally. The new system is very unobtrusive and fits into the aesthetic of our sanctuary. I can’t say enough about how much support IAV provided after the installation was complete. The training sessions were excellent and they provided some follow-up touches and advice to help enhance our production. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. I am a Special Events and Digital Communication Coordinator for a non-profit school for children with disabilities. Our biggest fundraiser is held every April and it is imperative to meet our fundraising goal to keep our operations going. When Covid-19 struck and we had to cancel our event we were worried about how to reach out donors and still get our needs for the school met. We met with IAV’s team and we knew right away we were in good hands! They jumped right in and we worked endlessly for 3 weeks to pull together and make history! We had an amazing virtual fundraiser, and their team was excellent and did everything we needed and asked and even more (fixing some of our slides that we had wrong). Our event raised well over our goal and we could not have pulled it off without IAV! I know that our school community is very grateful to have found IAV. I highly recommend them for all your virtual events, conferences, and any other event. The about of professionalism with this company is something you rarely find anymore! Great job! The IAV team was very professional, patient and helpful. They did a great job with the sound for our outdoor 588 student graduation with over 2,000 guests.

IAV’s techs were great! I worked with both of them on a last minute upgrade with my high school for a brand new stadium sound system that got installed just in time for my high school graduation. I highly recommend that any schools or corporations check them out!
